Under no circumstances shall Drizzle Hydration be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time. Reasons may include product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address, the cost of redelivery will be borne by you as the customer. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of your order is final for that transaction.

We are open to returns, exchanges, and refunds on a case by case basis. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. If you have a concern about your order, contact us and we will work with you to find the best resolution.
