Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us on Instagram at @drizzle_co_ with your order reference and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
