Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across Ghana. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location at checkout.

Zone 1: Legon, Madina, Adenta, Haatso, Atomic, East Legon: GH₵10

Zone 2: Osu, Labone, Airport, Cantonments, Dzorwulu, Abelemkpe, Achimota, Dome: GH₵20

Zone 3: Tema, Ashaiman, Teshie, Nungua, Spintex, Kasoa, Weija: GH₵35

Zone 4: Outside Greater Accra (Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, etc.): GH₵60

Orders within Greater Accra are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders outside Greater Accra may take 3-7 business days depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you via phone or email if there are any delays.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after payment.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts.
